Data Recorders

The Coda Octopus Colmek Digital Data Recorders evolved because of our relationship with the US Navy during integration of the Airborne Processor and the total Post Mission Analysis System within the AN/AQS-14A Program. The customer was not satisfied with the Recorders made for the original systems and Coda Octopus Comek rose to the occasion.

Coda Octopus Colmek invested in an R & D Program to develop a Recorder which would meet and exceed the customers' needs. In a head to head operational demonstration the Coda Octopus Colmek Recorder (HDTS) was deemed to be a far superior unit. By the end of 1997, Coda Octopus Colmek was supplying recorders to mine countermeasures systems (MCM) programs for Northrup Grummon.
