Mike Midgley

Chief Executive Officer

Mike Midgley serves as Chief Executive Officer at Colmek. Prior to assuming responsibility for this position, he served as Chief Financial Officer at the company. Mr. Midgley has over 35 years of business experience and expertise as a CPA.

His vast expertise covers accounting and finance, having spent much of his career dealing with complex financial reporting procedures, payroll, auditing, tax and benefit management.

Mr. Midgley is responsible for the direct management of all Colmek employees; covering engineering, sales, production and administrative. Previously he has worked for Skaggs Public Safety and was President & CFO at Covol Technologies.
